Terms & Conditions

Welcome to WVLFCVLT.COM. Please  review the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions, which may be modified from time to time, apply to all clients that book an appointment or purchase something from this website. By proceeding to use these services, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Term's and Conditions.

Tattoo Bookings

Thank you for considering me for your tattoo. Please familiarise yourself with the following before booking an appointment with me.

Your responsibilities

By accessing these ser vices you agree to:

 

  • Only access this service if you are able to understand and comply with the terms.

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Only use payment methods that you are authorised to use.

  • Only book appointments for designs that have been discussed with the artist and that you have agreed upon the  duration of.

Identification

You must be OVER 18 to get a tattoo in the UK. Government photographic ID must be brought to your first appointment in order to verify this. If your age cannot be verified your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

Deposits, cancellations and reschedules.

A deposit of £120 is payable on all appointments in London. A deposit of £100 is payable on all intranational guest spots outside of London. A £150 deposit is required on all appointments for international guest spots. All deposits should be considered non-refundable* unless stated. If you need to reschedule your appointment, the full amount of your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment with 7 days notice from 10am on the day of said appointment. 50% of your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment with 72hrs notice  from 10am on the day of said appointment. The artist retains the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time. *Should the artist need to change a booking for any reason you will be informed of this and either rescheduled to another date or your deposit returned to you.

Liability

The artist is responsible for the proper cleaning of studio equpiment at NOKA and NOKA only. The artist cannot be held responsible for issues that arise through the improper practise of hygeine and aftercare as outlined in the aftercare instructions once the client has left the studio.

You agree to indemnify the artist against any and all damage, loss, liability and legal cost incurred in any claim arising from any breach of any law or regulation that you commit, any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation you commit, any inaccuracy in the information you provide or any breach by you of the Terms and Conditions.
